# ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added. Key: tvOS

Some people on our team keep getting these kinds of errors in our project, and we’re struggling a bit to narrow down what’s causing it, but the call stack implies it’s coming from the FMOD plugin. Is this a common issue? Is there a known fix?

I do recall seeing a similar issue a while back but believed it to be fixed in 2.02.01, is the version you’re using newer than that?

It looks like there was a fix for another issue that caused this, in 2.02.09, are you able to upgrade to that or newer?
