# Can I call snapshots on the bus track

Hello, since my events are scattered in different hierarchical paths, but they are in the same bus, can I call snapshots directly on the bus track, just like in the track of events. I am using version 1.1.2

Hi,

While it’s possible to directly play snapshots from the API like you would with events, and it’s possible to have a snapshot effect the bus that all the events are routed into, it’s not possible to play a snapshot from a bus. Can you elaborate on what kind of audio behavior you’re trying to implement?

That said - unfortunately, FMOD Studio version 1.1.2 is no longer supported, meaning that the scope of support I can give you is limited. If you require more involved support, please update to a supported version of Studio - i.e. 2.02 or 2.03.
