# Can't download Unity Integration package

When I try to download the Unity Integration package, it takes me to a new page that says “You are not allowed to access this file!”. I am logged into my account when this happens. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I’ve checked your user account and it sees and downloads the package correctly. try clearing your browser cache.
