When starting the engine with -NoSound and playing sound via Niagara, the engine will crash. This is due to PlayPersistentAudio() not checking the return value from PlayEventAttached() which will be NULL. This affects 2.02.26, didn’t check 2.03.x.

Thanks for the bug report, I’ve been able to reproduce it on my end and I’ve passed it along to the development team. Just to confirm, what version of Unreal are you reproducing this on?
