# Creative Audigy 4: FMOD error (58)...

when using sound card Audigy 4 and 5.1 sound system all examples fail with FMOD error (58) : Error initializing output device.

but if i change to stereo/headphones — no errors.

This has been resolved via FMOD support e-mail, the next release of FMOD will fix the failed initialization error.

I’d like to send you a test library that will print some more debug information.
