Hi,

We,re trying to upgrade some proyects from the 2023 FMOD version. We used a couple of plug-ins developped in cabbage audio with great results. We are trying to upgrade to the current version, but the inserted plugins are disabled and they don´t appear in the available plugins list.

The program configuration is correct, but we can´t use the plugins anymore.

What can we do?

Thanks

We aren’t familiar with those specific plug-ins, and so we can’t know why they have stopped working in this case.

That being said, it’s possible that the new version of FMOD Studio is not looking for plug-in libraries in same place as the old version. Have you added the plug-ins’ libraries to the appropriate folder on your hard drive and set the user plug-in directory to the correct path in FMOD Studio’s preferences dialog, as described in [our documentation on the topic](https://www.fmod.com/docs/2.03/studio/plugin-reference.html#loading-plug-ins)?

If the libraries are in the correct place, I recommend contacting the developer of the plug-ins and asking them whether this is a known issue.

Thanks for the answer!

The plug-in path is correct and I checked several times. That´s why I compared the old a the new versión of FMOD whit different results.

We´ll try to contact the developer of Cabbage audio and ask them about the issue.

What do you see in the FMOD console? Is there an error like: Plugin not found?
