Is all the information needed for the integration of FMOD Studio and a custom game engine found in the PDF ‘FMOD Studio Plug-in Development’ located in the FMOD Programmers API’s doc folder?

No that document is just for developers of DSP effect plugins.

Integrating with your game engine is just a matter of using our public API which is documented in "FMOD Studio Programmers API for " with both tutorials and reference sections. We also have example applications showing how to use the API that are part of every API installer.
