# Fmod bank tools crashing unexpectedly

I need some help… I am a game developer and i try to make the radio station to work but i need to rebuild it but then it gets stuck at 35% and then just crashed… I tried so many times but i didn’t get it work. But i figured out the error its a file missing?? Ok i am lost now so can just somebody help???

Can I get some more info from you? Specifically:

- What version of FMOD Studio are you using?
- What file or files are missing?
- An information window should appear when a bank building error occurs - what does it say about the error?
- Are there any errors or warnings that appear in the FMOD Studio Console’s logging tab at Window → Console → Logging?

If you’re unable to view the logging tab because Studio is crashing, you can instead find the log at these locations:

- Windows: `%HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\FMOD Studio\Logs`
- Linux: `~home/FMOD Studio/Logs`
- Mac: `~/Library/Application Support/FMOD Studio`
