# Fmod designer error

Dear FMOD Support Team,

My name is Aaron, and I’ve recently gained access to FMOD Designer for a project I’m working on.

However, as soon as I launch the program, I encounter an unknown error. Additionally, once inside FMOD, I’m unable to create or insert any events. I’ve tried restarting and reinstalling the software, but the issue remains.

Could you please assist me in understanding what might be causing this and how to fix it?

FMOD Designer has been unsupported for years. You’re welcome to use it but we no longer offer support for it.
