# FMOD has no sound on the HarmonyOS system

Hi,

A solution was posted here for a similar issue: [Sound Cannot be Heard - #3 by luoxixuan](https://qa.fmod.com/t/sound-cannot-be-heard/21544/3).

If that does not solve it could I please grab:

- Your FMOD engine version
- A code snippet of the FMOD engine initialization and how you trigger the sound
