After deciding to use FMOD in our project (UE5.6), we installed the plugin and built the project. However, an XAudio 2.7-related message appears, and the existing Sound Cue sounds are not playing. How can we resolve this?

For reference, this error does **not** occur when building for Steamworks.

Hi,

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention.

What version of the FMOD integration are you using? Just to confirm, do you only see this error when targeting Windows? Have you disabled the UE audio as well: [Unreal Integration | User Guide - Disabling Unreal Audio Device](https://fmod.com/docs/2.03/unreal/user-guide.html#disabling-unreal-audio-device), also is this a `C++` project: [Unreal Integration | Troubleshooting - Blueprint Only Projects](https://fmod.com/docs/2.03/unreal/troubleshooting.html#blueprint-only-projects)?

I’ve already resolved the issue. It was my mistake—I had left the platform field empty in the plugin settings. After adding Windows to the platform section, the error no longer appears. Love you, FMOD!
