# Fmod.io can't buy sounds?

Whenever I try and buy sounds from [Fmod.io](http://Fmod.io), I get a message saying “There was an error processing your card. Please check your details and try again”. Is there some weird format [fmod.io](http://fmod.io) expects credit card info, or is it more likely this is an issue with my card?
