Hello! I meant, FMOD software privacy policy. FMOD is used in the game we’re building, so it looks like we need to include your privacy policy into ours.

Hi ,
The FMOD library you link into your software doesn’t have a privacy policy, because it is a software API, not a service that collects any sort of information.

You might be thinking of needing to refer to our EULA ([https://fmod.com/legal](https://fmod.com/legal)) which has information you might need to include (if you want) with your game.
