# FMOD studio 2.03.07 crashes when clicking on events

Constantly crashes when I click through different timelines and events. Doesn’t matter if Unity’s running. I installed FMOD yesterday, so pretty much all the settings are default, except I increased pixel scale to 115%, but it crashes when 100% as well. I’m on Win10, pretty old version (I hate windows updates), could that be the case? No other software crashes like this on my system.

I think I narrowed it down a bit, when I have an Action with a single instrument, like this:

So when I have the action selected (so there’s a preview below), I click something else (a new folder for example) and if I click back on the Test event, it will crash 100%.

When the action isn’t selected it won’t crash. Looks like the preview is the problem.

EDIT: I tried different file formats, (ogg, wav and flac) it makes no difference.

EDIT2: Installed 2.02.28, works fine, no crashes.

same here. super annoying. Crashes on me every few minutes

We’ve fixed a few issues with 2.03.07. Our next release should be out in a week or two.
