Is there a way to get an event instance to change parameters on a different event.

I want a global parameter to be affect depending on the distance to a certain object, but I can’t automate a global parameter by a local. Which means I can’t use the built-in distance parameter to change the global.

I also can’t send/return from one event to the other, so I can’t have the signal coming into the event to then be spatialised. The reason for holding the assets in the one event is to keep synchronicity between the assets and avoid accidental culling when moving between level chunks.

You can by using the transciever effect.

You can if you use command instruments instead of automation.
