# Help! Banks not loading. Unity 2021.3.15f1 and FMOD for Unity 2.02.11. This is a new project with no prior FMOD integration. ---

Thank you for the additional information- I have only been able to reproduce this error in 2.02.11 when setting the _Source Type_ to “Multiple Platform Build” and setting the _Build Path_ to the “Desktop” subdirectory, but the error makes sense in that context. If you do come across this issue again in future, can you please note down what your _Source Type_ and _Build Path_ are and share them here? ---

This should have been fixed in the 2.02.08 version of the FMOD Unity integration. Can you please tell me what version your FMOD integration is, and send me a screenshot of the FMOD Unity Settings page? ---

Thanks for the additional information. That certainly looks like a regular FMOD Unity setup. Can you please tick the _Enable API Error Logging_ option, set the _Logging Level_ to “Log”, and tell me what errors you are getting with _Load Banks_ set to “All”?
