Hello! Tell me how to avoid a latency when the sending channel? There was such a question here, but I did not understand the answer, can someone describe the solution in more detail? And how is it possible to change the phase of the channel?

There’s really no way to avoid latency as it’s built into how they work. The only real way to “avoid” this is to have all signals routed with the same number of sends (eg. if you have one track with a send, all tracks should have a send) in order to keep the same consistent latency.
