# My registration broke

I was trying to register to use FMOD on my main email, and I got an email to register, but when I clicked on the email, it said it was invalid, then kicked me back to the home page. I tried signing in, and it said I still needed to finish registration. I was then sent an exact duplicate of the last email, with the same link, that also failed.  
I was wondering if I could receive some help, or if my email is just unable to use FMOD now.

Thanks for writing. without any identifying information i’m not going to be able to help you. If you write to [support@fmod.com](mailto:support@fmod.com) I can see what your problem is. I can see an attempt to use the same email address with 2 different user names, this could possibly be related. I will delete those pending and you can try again.
