Hello,

I’m using FMOD’s runtime engine in my registered project. I redistribute the fmod.dll and fmodstudio.dll files along with my game, and therefore the game includes the credit line “Audio Engine: FMOD Studio by Firelight Technologies Pty Ltd.”.

I noticed however, that both on [fmod.com/legal](https://www.fmod.com/legal) and in the LICENSE.TXT, there are sections about the Ogg Vorbis codec, Resonance Audio SDK and Android platform code.

Do I need to include any credit / license text / copyright notices, in my game for any of those?

For example, section 7.ii. sounds like I have to, if I’m redistributing the Ogg Vorbis codec in binary form. But I don’t know if I’m redistributing those.
Does either fmod.dll or fmodstudio.dll include the the Ogg Vorbis codec?
Same question for the Resonance Audio SDK and Android platform code.

Thanks in advance.

you can find the LICENSE.txt in our engine docs folder - you can save that in your released project for compliance.

windows fmod.dll does include ogg vorbis codec but not any resonance or android code, they are separate plugins/platforms.
