I imported my Fmod Designer project to Fmod Studio. I noticed that all the events imported have a “Reverb” Send in each track, which is expected. However, I also find the volume of the Reverb Send has an automation over distance, that range from (0db - -inf db) over (minDist, maxDist).

Why is such automation added when I do the import? As I don’t think there’s reverb attenuation set up in Designer? Also, does that mean for all my new events created in Fmod Studio, I should manually add similar attenuation to Reverb Send?

Thanks,

Hi Yang,

The automation is added to best reproduce the way FMOD Designer used to attenuate the wet signal.
