# Unity 2020.1.5 and Visual Studio 16.2.3 doesn't detect FMOD API

Hi!

I’ve recently upgraded Unity to the latest only available (2020.1.5f) but I kept the existing Visual Studio version. FMOD works fine and the code is executed but I can’t grab the methods using autocomplete.

The code editor is set to default in Unity so I’m a bit lost with this issue.

Could you lend me a hand with this please?

Basically VS didn’t have the Unity tools installed for some reason in spite of having the whole code working in the previous Unity version. Anyways I’ll leave you guys the tutorial that helped me out fixing the issue in case you’ve got something similar on your end.
