# Updating from 2.00.09 to 2.10.05 and running into errors upon build

These are the errors I got while trying to update from 2.00.09-2.10.05  
I’m hoping it’s just a stupid mistake on my part.

The Legacy and Settings classes are defined in Assets/Plugins/FMOD/src/Runtime/Settings.cs. Does that file exist in your project?

We ended up just pulling our whole FMOD project temporarily, then installing 2.01.05 and placing the project back in.  
It works fine now at least
