# Why are the groups in my mixer always so narrow? Working like this is rather annoying

I experience this on 2 computer - a 5k iMac, and a PC with a 4k display. Is there any way to resize these groups so I can actually see their titles and effects?

You’re using compact strips mode. You can toggle this mode off by selecting “View \> Show Compact Strips” or by pressing the “C” key.
