Failed to Encode Bank : External Encoder Dynamic Library Not Found

After upgrading to 2.02.16 I get this issue with only one of my banks.

Error processing C:/Users//wkspaces/Audio/VA/MS09/A_MS09-01-53-UNKNOWN_*.wav (Could not find encoder library ‘libatrac9.dll’, please copy it from the Sony PS4 or PS5 SDK to the application directory.)

Ive added the Libatrac9.Lib to C:\Program Files\FMOD SoundSystem\FMOD Studio 2.02.16 but I still get this issue.
Is this the incorrect lib file or is it in the wrong location?

Hi,

You need to copy the .dll to the FMOD Studio install directory, not the .lib. Please try that and see whether it resolve the issue.
