Hi. I’m a music producer and sound designer wanting to get into game audio

Just downloaded the skill tree course. I’m using a MacBook to get around the rooms in the Essential Tier 1 course but can’t get in them. How do I fix this?

Hi there! Just to clarify, are you saying you can open the build, move around the walkway but you cannot enter the rooms? Is that correct?

Do the doors open for you?

And if you could please let me know what model mac and which OS version and number you are using that would be very helpful

I can only move in viewing mode but can’t walk or open the door. I’m using a 2019 Mac with Sequoia OS

Thanks for the additional info! Sounds like you’ve uncovered a bug so let’s see how we can resolve it.

Firstly, i’m not entirely sure what you mean by “viewing mode” - could you elaborate please? Can you move at all? A screenshot would be most helpful.

In any case i have a couple troubleshoots you can try:

  • Have you tried reducing the quality setting in the menu?

  • Could you please try downloading the materials again and seeing if that helps.

I can only look around but can’t move forwards, backwards, or select the door.

I’ve put it into low quality mode and I’ll try to download it again later.
