How to reuse BeamNG/Forza V8 sounds and play them into FMOD Studio?

I’M SO DIFFICULT AT IT HARD TO CREATE SOUNDS IDK TO REUSE EXISTING FILES AND IMPLEMENT IT INTO THE APP!!!:sob:
I also can’t find the audios anywhere and Nexus Mods only shows htmls or loops
