I hope to use the latest Multiband Dynamics feature of Fmod. Currently, my fmod is 2.02.23, and the Unity official website says that the latest support is up to 2.02.24. When can I use 2.03

It is possible to download the 2.03 integration from our webisite here: https://fmod.com/download#fmodforunity. It is still marked as early access so please read our early access expectations: FMOD | About Versions - What is an early access version?.
I cannot provide a timeline till 2.03 will leave early access or be Unity verified.
