It seems that the latest build is broken. There are files missing from the fmod core. As far as I could tell, the StudioSystem, Listener, FMODAsset and other core files are missing.
True.
I also experienced that.
Already sent a mail to the support, as well. 
Thanks for reporting this issue. There were a few files missing from the release last Friday, I have uploaded a new version which includes all the required files. If you download again everything is in there.
