Better Unity Plugin folder structure and/or UPM

Hello.

Now Unity Plugin package separated throughout the unity project. This increases the project folder structure and make it bad organized.

You have any plans to better organization Unity Plugin folder structure?
Or can you make plugin worked with Unity Package Manager (UPM) new system?

The integration was reorganized in v2.0 and we also do have plans to make use of the Unity Package Manager in a future release.
