Can't Build in Unreal - Global Parameters Bugged?

It seems like the global parameters in the master bank aren’t being initialized properly, just like in a previous post here:

A typical log I might get is:

LogFMOD: Error: f:\jk\workspace\2.0_UE4.22_Win64\studio_api\src\fmod_playback_factory.cpp(174) - assertion: ‘controller’ failed
LogFMOD: Error: Failed to register disk file for bank: …/…/…/…/…/…/Development/VanishingPoint/WrongTurn/Content/FMOD/Desktop/

Is there something I need to reconfigure?
