Request access to FMOD Ex API 4.44.64 Windows x86

Hello. We are maintaining an existing game (Allods Online)
built with FMOD Ex 4.38.02 (32-bit).
Users on Windows 11 experience crashes in fmodex.dll (ACCESS_VIOLATION).
We need the 4.44.64 Windows x86 runtime DLLs
(fmodex.dll + fmod_event.dll) to fix the compatibility issue.
