Unity UPM package updates

Hey.

Can I use the UPM FMOD package FMOD for Unity (2.03) - UPM · Tools · FMOD | Unity Asset Store ? And if yes, will there be new versions released for it (for example 2.3.12)?

We are part of a trial to get modern packages into the store, so updating hasn’t been consistent just yet. These packages are the same content as their .unitypackage counterparts, just reformed for UPM. I’ll push an update now for 2.03.12, it should be online within a day or so.

Is there any chance you could also upload version 2.03.13? Working with the UPM package format is just so much more convenient and cleaner for my workflow compared to the standard .unitypackage.

Thanks for the ping, I’ve just submitting 2.03.13 to Unity, it should go live in a day or so.

Could you please submit version 2.03.15 to the Unity Asset Store in UPM format as well?

Also, with FMOD 2.04.00 coming up, will that version also be available via UPM? If so, will it be released under the existing store listing, or will it be published as a separate package (e.g., FMOD for Unity (2.04))?

Now that Unity have finished their UPM store beta, and we have released 2.04, I’ve moved the UPM package over to its permanent setup. This is a multi-package product named “FMOD for Unity”, it contains both the latest 2.03 and 2.04 releases. We’re in the process of automating the update of those packages with the aim of our next release going live on the store at the same time as our website release (plus a day or so for Unity to approve). The independent UPM store listing for 2.03 that you’ve been using will be deprecated in favor of this new multi-package.

The new landing page for UPM is FMOD for Unity.

We will continue to submit .unitypackage releases to the non-UPM store for the life of 2.02/2.03, however, 2.04 is UPM only and 2.02 will remain .unitypackage only.
