Help making formant preservation dsp

I have recently discovered that you can make custom dsp for FMOD Studio. I’ve read through the tutorial here but I’m trying to make a custom dsp for formant preservation for the auto-pitch effect rather than fade, echo, reverb, and delay which is what is explained in the tutorial. I hope somebody can help me with this.

The same question.

The creation of a DSP, especially one as large and complicated as a formant preservation DSP, is a bit outside the scope of this forum. It requires an understanding of psychoacoustics, deciding which formants to preserve, and the actual C++ know-how to create such a DSP.

You might have more luck searching for assistance in a C++ programming forum somewhere.

Thanks for the insight. I’ll look into it.
