Help with Fmod Events


I’m new to Fmod and i have a simple question. Is it possible to create some kind of Fmod event and “listen” to that evento on Unity? Like, i have a song, and when a certain soud arraise something happens in the game, e.g. A particular piano chord sounds and in the game there is a callback that starts an animation on a game object.
I dont know it that is even posible with this Software. I do undestand the is intendeed to work the other way arround. Like having the trigger on the Unity Side.
