In fmodstudio, the setting of 7.1 audio and sound localization Paner works, but when loading with api, Paner doesn’t work. Is it necessary to set the api? I didn’t find a settable interface.

When you say
Is this the same paner on the event or are you creating one using System::createDSPByType() to add the panner to a channel?
