Questions about banks and encryption

I have been working with a group of people to develop a third-party aircraft add-on to a flight simulator called X-Plane 11, and I was wondering what I could do to protect the sounds and/or metadata from being stolen to be used with some other projects. The version I am using is 1.08, because that is the version X-Plane 11 supports.
I’ve found a third-party tool to extract the audio files from the bank files, which worries me a little because there could be a tool somewhere that recovers the studio project fully from the bank files. I have yet to find such tools or a way to read metadata from bank files to recreate the studio project. Are there any ways to do this, or are the bank files encrypted to prevent people from doing this in version 1.08? I hope so, but I will be happy to be informed otherwise because then I would know at least :slight_smile:

There’s no tool that we know of that will recreate an FMOD Studio project from a bank file.
