Suggestion: more quantization options, as "start on 3d beat"

I think there should be more quantization options, as my tittle suggests. I often find myself wanted to quantize some elements on a specific beat. For instance, quantization is often used to trigger a transition, and transitions usually take place on the last beat. The workaround, which consists to quantize a nested event containing several beats of silence, is not very good, since it’s not reactive enough.
