I have a license for AudioMotors by LeSound, but when I try to enter the activation code into the FMOD authoring tool, it just freezes and then crashes.
Can you help me with this? LeSound doesn’t seem to exist anymore (as far as I understand), and I’m not sure where else to look for a solution.

upd. it’s working now, but I’m getting an error saying “this key is not valid”. Where can I get help with this?

I wrote them as well as i bought the plugin, it seems to be a new new studio/owner for this plugin and they completely discontinue support for the old plugin and licenses. A real d*** move.

So, after some back and forth, we finally got in touch with LeSound and reached out to them. Gabriel (the person from LeSound) was incredibly helpful - he quickly looked into our situation and helped us regain access to our plugin. Now we have full access again.
Thanks to the FMOD team (including the sales team) and special thanks to Gabriel for helping us resolve this.
Given some conflicting information I had come across earlier, I was honestly ready to give up on recovering access. But now everything is working perfectly!
