Can I automate play percentages in a Multi Instrument?

Hi! I have a multi instrument block set up for a left hand piano part, which has two audio files inside of it. I have the first audio file (which is a straight rhythm) set to play 80% of the time and the second (which is a little bit different with some syncopation) set to play 20% of the time. Is it possible to automate the play percentages?

Ideally, it would be great if it could start at 80/20 like this, and then each time it loops, it gradually changes to be at 20/80.

Is there any clean way to do this, other than just manually doing it by hand in a more linear way?

It is not possible to automate the play percentages of a multi instrument. This is a technical limitation of the way the shuffle and random playlist selection modes function.

If you want to achieve this behavior, your best option is probably to create multiple near-identical multi instruments, each with the same playlist contents but different play percentages; then, use parameter conditions to change which of those instruments plays over time.
