Are you referring to uninstalling and reinstalling the FMOD Studio application? Or is this an integration into Unity/Unreal Engine 4? Do you have any logs available with either of these that might be printing some kind of error?

What are you referring to when you talk about “panels”? There’s no functionality differences between the 32 bit and 64 bit versions of FMOD Studio, it’s just how it accesses memory.
