Compatibility issues with mobile phone sound

Greetings fellow gurus–
I am a member who has purchased the commercial version of your Fmod. I’m having a problem with my project, the game is running on my cell phone, the sound is extremely laggy, but the graphics are still running smoothly. We have also tested other games on this machine and the sound is fine. We can’t find any solution on our side at the moment, hope you guys can help us solve this problem, thanks a lot!

Phone Model: IT197540 - Honor 8X (JSN-AL00) (Huawei’s sub-brand)
Sound Engine: Fmod(2.01.11)
Game engine: Untiy (2020.3.48.f1)

Generally latency can be reduced by calling System::setDSPBufferSize, in Unity you can configure this per platform inside the DSP Buffer Settings.
Halving the DSP Buffer Length or DSP Buffer Count should give you reduced latency, can you please give that a try and let me know if that helps at all?
