Thanks for letting us know about this. We have been unable to reproduce the duplicate platforms here, but the next release will clean up duplicate platforms if they are found.

This issue has been fixed in FMOD 2.01.06. This version is not yet available on the Asset Store, but you can download it from https://fmod.com/download .
