Dynamically add presets or effect chains?

Is it possible to dynamically add and remove presets or effect chains similar to how you can do it with System::createDSPByType (https://www.fmod.com/docs/2.00/api/core-api-system.html#system_createdspbytype) ?

Unfortunately not, in the FMOD engine an Effect chain is just represented by the individual effects
