The birdseye view is great for quickly navigating around an event/mixer view, but I’d also find it useful if we could achieve the same thing by holding down the middle mouse button anywhere in the main window and dragging the project around, like in Nuendo/Cubase:
Holding down the middle or right mouse button and dragging the mouse to scroll a view is a feature of many different applications, so I can easily see how it would be useful in FMOD Studio. I’l add your suggestion to our feature and improvement tracker.

I’ve followed up internally and this feature request is still in our backlog at the moment. It hasn’t been scheduled for active development yet, so unfortunately we don’t have a concrete update or ETA to share right now.
I’ll be sure to update the thread if there’s any movement or new information.
