Hi! I was sure that in the Fmod documentation there was a fully detailed explanation of the reverb effect, but I can’t seem to find it. Does anybody know where it is? Or is there some place where I can get detailed info of what each knob does?

You can find a description of the various properties of the Reverb effect here, in the FMOD API User Manual.
We’re still working on adding information about effects to the FMOD Studio User Manual.
