Loading Delay Exceeded, sound might play at incorrect time

Hi FMOD team,

I have an FMOD project which suddenly goes out of sync (after setting timeline position).
With another event, it sometimes only starts out of sync.

Might this be related to the following warning?

FMOD: SoundSourceInstrumentInstance::startChannelIfReady : Loading delay exceeded, sound may play at incorrect time

If so, what can I do about it?
If not, what else might it be?

I am having this same issue, the audio will repeatedly stutter. Were you able to find a solution to this?
