Migrating FMOD project leads to an increase in game patches

We plan to migrate the FMOD version and use the newly built bank to completely replace the old version that exists in the game. This will result in a large patch package and be very unfriendly to users. Is there any good solution to this problem?

You should test it yourself, but you shouldn’t have to replace your old bank data, as the run time will load the old files. There have been minimal changes to the spec of the banks in general - I would expect differences to be nonexistent or minimal if you’re upgrading within a major version (e.g. from 2.02.00 to 2.02.19), potentially larger if you’re upgrading between major versions (e.g. 2.01 to 2.02).
