I’am struggling with passing the Oculus VRC while submitting an app. Everything works fine while testing game locally, but when submitting the VRC still gives me “The app does not target the audio device selected in the “Audio Output in VR” setting in the Oculus app.” Running out of ideas. Any solution regarding this issue?

did you try to set the initial output driver name on fmod plugin settings?
in ue4 you can find in project settings >> plugins >> FMOD >> Init Settings
