In our game, we use triggers to enable and disable a reverb snapshot. This feature works correctly most of the time, but occasionally the main audio affected by the reverb becomes muted while the snapshot is active. The audio returns to normal once the reverb snapshot is turned off. This issue occurs more frequently on the Nintendo Switch.

A few questions:
- What versions of FMOD and Unity are you using?
- Can I get you to set FMOD’s logging level to “Log”, enable API error logging, and post a log of the issue occurring?
- Can I also get you to connect your game to FMOD Studio via Live Update, record a profiler session where the issue occurs, then package the session with all options ticked and upload it to your FMOD user profile for me to take a look at?
Note that connecting to Live Update from the Switch may require some additional setup, which you can find more information on in the Switch platform specific section of the Engine docs included with the Switch version of the FMOD Engine download.
