UE4/FMOD not registering listeners...

I’m using 1.9.8 on UE4.17 and whenever I build banks with this version, I get no sound and the profiler just does this over and over again… Any suggestions?

This turned out to be caused by building banks while live syncing to Studio, I have raised this in our tracker and will investigate it further.
